Dear Friends, This website displays original hand carved marionettes made of linden wood at the studios of Martin and Jan Růžička. As you will see, we draw inspiration from fairytales, myths and legends as well as from adventure stories and native cultures. With their characteristic design and use of traditional woodcarving techniques and materials, our marionettes are unmistakable and stand no comparison. Every piece of our work is a unique original. Under the heading MARIONETTES FOR SALE you may view our work that you might order and thereafter own. Naturally, we can carve a similar marionette with desired specifications - in particular as to its size, movement requirements and clothing. You may even design your own dream marionette and we shall make it for you.
